Set in Blackpool Thomas and Jessie find themselves encountering a spaceship carrying extra terrestrial life willing to share telepathic powers they have acquire throughout the galaxy. Unknown to Thomas and Jessie, the Aliens will decide the future of planet earth based on their experience humans provide, making it all the more dangerous when a government division known as 'Section One' step in to capture the two traveling lifeforms and kill any that have made contact.
